OK, I'm a spaz. I thought I had to run down your list and "pick one". Gotta read these posts better!

Ohana is a GREAT pick.

As long as the field is wide open, I would definitely not miss the California Grill atop your resort. Not the best pick for the whole family, though (pricey). The Brown Derby was kind of fun for us; I think the Epcot Italian is overrated. Good, but not great. Have you thought about the Teppanaki Grill at EPCOT? Very good, and fun. You need to make reservations ASAP as it fills up. You will also be sitting with other people- that's the way it works- like Benihana. Finally, and this is sort of dull normal- but you could do fish & chips at the Rose & Crown; or grab a steak at Le Cellier (Canada at EPCOT)- also a bit pricey.
