What a shame!
I must say that I find it odd that this is your first post here at DC.
I belong to a Disney Yahoo group too. This week someone else posted a a copy of a letter they are sending disney to complain about their experiences too. Also a first time poster to that group. Seems to be an interesting coincidence.
Sorry your trip was not enjoyable. You should write to Disney. Do let us know if you hear back.
