I belong to a Disney Yahoo group too. This week someone else posted a a copy of a letter they are sending disney to complain about their experiences too. Also a first time poster to that group. Seems to be an interesting coincidence.

Yes, I know what you are insinuating, but I just started on my rant today 3-16-04. Sure it's my first posting. That happens dude. People like me go to Disney for 30 years before having a problem and then get scammed like we did with no apologies. Thanks for the idea on the yahoo groups. I will be sure to search for them and post there too. I am posting my letter wherever I can. Plus I am not hiding my email address to prove that I am not just somebody dissing the resort for fun. It's a truely bad resort and should be consdiered a Value resort not moderate.
