Instead of posting it wherever you can, why don't you WRITE TO DISNEY? We can't make it better..in fact, unfortunately nobody can at this point. Why not give them a chance to at least explain or at best...fix it so this doesn't happen to someone else? How can they "fix" it if they don't know it is "broke"? I am truly sorry this happened to you and your family. I just don't see how trashing Disney wherever you go can help....whereas actually contacting them might. Don't know till you try.
