Yes, they do still do the wine-tasting in the Seasons of the Vine area. (And Big Red House is a good wine!) :D

An interesting fact/observation - as we all know, there is no alcohol served in Disneyland or the Magic Kingdom (can't speak to what they allow at the international parks). I believe the exception is Club 33 in DL (although since I've never been inside, I'm going on what I've read. Someday I'll find out for myself!) ;)

But the other US parks - Disney's California Adventure, Animal Kingdom, Disney/MGM, and Epcot - do allow alcoholic beverages. I remember my first trip to WDW and was stunned to have beer vendors walking around during the Fantasmic! pre-show (I don't think that was appropriate). But I do like having the opportunity to have a drink with dinner at some of the nicer restaurants in the parks (i.e., The Brown Derby) or to enhance the experience of an attraction - like Seasons of the Vine, or having a margarita in Epcot's Mexico (or a beer in Germany, or wine in France). Just make sure you spread those "experiences" out, or you may have problems remembering parts of your trip! Tee hee!
