1. MK is in bad shape compared to what? If they did a report 5 or 10 years ago and everything was perfect to the professional critics they hired then they could say it has gotten worse. But like one person said about the painting being done during the day- that's how it has always been and has to be to do it!
2. Who knows that the rust and other minor, unnoticed imperfections haven't always been there.
