We noticed the cutbacks our last visit (August). Longer waits, fewer cash register stations open at food stops, some of the things mentioned in the article (such as the ripped carpet & musty odor in Small World and the missing ceiling tiles, a lack a cleanliness, especially in restrooms, and even some rude cast members (My DD said that maybe they should stop calling them cast members and refer to them as just employees, if they're gonna be mean.)

BUT - part of the reason we noticed a decline is that ol' Walt and the boys set the bar so high in the first place. We'd still rather be at WDW than any other place in the world. MK is more noticeable in the decline, probably becauise it's the oldest park.
