here is my favorite Dressing of the world Strawberry Vinegarette

ingredients Amounts
Strawberry vinegar 8 tblspoons
salt 1 tsp
granulated sugar 1 Tbsp
Frozen strawberries 1 OZ.
Dijon Mustard 2 TBSP
Tobassco sauce dash
white pepper dash
salad oil 3 cups
water 4 TBSP

Method

Place strawberry vinegar, salt , sugar , frozen strawberries ,mustard tobassco amd white pepper in a storage container using a hand held blender ( emeril calls it a boat motor ) blend ingredients well add oil in four parts blending throughly after each fourth add water and blend one last time
