Are you buying park hopper passes or do you have a package with an ultimate park hopper?

I would suggest if you haven't already, purchase your park hopper passes in advance (online or at the disney store if you have one locally). Before you purchase online...make sure they can get you your tickets before you leave!!

ditto on the breakfast in your room...breakfast for 4 in the food court can EASILY run $25 just for milk and cereal and fruit.
