I am currently working on a 5th gate park (my own) and this idea of mine will drive ALL OF THE IMAGINEERS crazy and they will ALL WANT TO BE A PART OF THIS! I don't see a "REAL" 5th gate park opening ANYTIME soon or even any LAND CLEARING...until they bring the parks they already have open, up to date...plus...the tourism needs to be back up to par before ANYTHING can happen on a 5th park.
