If you went further north (Kansas on up), winters get way too bad for it to be feasable to have a Disney theme park.

I do think your plan would fit in perfectly well here, too!

No no .. Texas !! there is a whole website devoted to Disney Texas rumors ..and one rumor has them building a park just 15 miles north of me *grin* you can drive down from OK to Texas :)
