I was at Epcot Wednesday afternoon (4/21) and checked with both guest relations and the restaurant itself. The Rose & Crown is being refurbished but remains open. The bar area has been temporarily closed and relocated to a tent while the work is being done.
Again, my apologies for causing any undue concern.
