I found this question on another site and I don't get it. Let's see if any one here knows what this person is talking about

"My cousin will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge at the end of October (if he does not get scared off by security concerns) with his wife, two kids (under 8), and in-laws. I have read the Intercot resort guide and even visited the resort briefly a few years ago on an architectural tour of the resorts. I am looking for any additional information that I might be able to pass along."
What the heck could this mean? That the building isn't sound or that there were break ins?
