Disney has a special department that just handles conferences and conventions. They can set up just about anything you want - from dinners on the Indiana Jones stage to a hospitality room in one of the resorts. It all depends on what you want to spend!! The best way to start something like this is to get a rough head count so that you know what you're dealing with. Once there is a rough estimate, you can then contact Disney and see what they can do. The more "off season" it is, the more they can do of course!

(Can you tell I used to work for Guest Relations?!) You can also set up a "grassroots" get together that isn't affiliated with Disney, but just happens to be there!! Either way it's fun - and alot of work!! Count me in either way!!
