we just got back the 9th. they were taping the christmas parade on the 7th, but i suspect they will tape many parades and use the best of each. we went to the after regular hours 'very merry christmas party' on the 3rd and except for the family picture, hot chocolate, cookies (and all the attractions open) the parade we saw on the 7th was the same parade they had for the $34 plus party. i don't think i will pay the extra money again, although the fire works were special. they not only were behind the castle but all around the park.
there was a small sign saying that this special parade was being taped and you could see the special lights and cameras for ABC.
but other than that there was no anouncement in advance.
everyone goes for their own reason, so have a great time!
