Some people seem to be acting mean, when in fact they may be confused. I'm as tightly wound as the next guy, so I could definately imagine where someone might confuse me for a jerk. (Or they might have me pegged! Who knows?

I guess the word for the wise is "patience." If you can develop a sense of patience, I guarantee you'll have a much better time.
