Lopo, great suggestion, plus it is beneficial for both parties, since the owner of the points will lose them if they don't get used.
One word of warning, make sure you protect yourself from fraud during the transaction. I would suggest making an agreement that the money be put in an escrow fund until you arrive at your destination and everything is fine. You could then call the escrow company and release the funds. That way you are both protected. You would hate to arrive at WDW and find out that there really isn't a room for you, but at least you will still have your money.
Also, the price you pay for the points is completely negotiable. History suggests that between $9 and $11 is pretty fair.
