Mousesavers. Connecting rooms are only guaranteed when you have young children who plan on sleeping in the other room. That is really the only request that Disney will guarantee, all of the others, they will try, but will not guarantee.
Most travel agents will have no idea what the codes even mean. They may book only one WDW trip a month. You are far better of doing the research yourself or going with a Disney only travel agent.
