We found ourselves in that situation in June and wandered into one of our favorite Dinner places... Akershus (Norway in Epcot).
It was incredibly hot and humid, and we wanted something somewhat light. In other words, we weren't really looking for a big bowl of venison stew. I thought we had made a poor choice, but I was very wrong.
I had kinda forgot that Akershus always features a cold buffet with a variety of salads. In addition to that and some hot items, they had sandwich fixins which included incredible ham, roast beef, and bread. It was perfect.
In addition, we were in and out in less than an hour...
