Server too busy

Disney needs to do something with their servers, the message stating they are too busy and to try later is old. What other site has to do this as often or even ever, this is the only site that I have seen this error in 10+ years. With today’s modern servers and bandwidth the only reason I can think of the use of older equipment or poor software. Granted they are no Microsoft and can not push the terabytes that they do through windows update but, seeing they advertise on the top of every page that they use HP equipment does not look good in the consumer’s eyes.
