There shouldn't be any discount for dates between April 9 and about the 27th, unless they are last minute discount similar to what they did last year during the same time.

In 2002, discounts for May were released on January 26, though they have been running behind this year. I would expect them in the next two weeks or so. They ran from the last week of April until the last week of June. Just keep checking on the front page, it will be posted there, or you can sign up for the WDW Deals Newsletter at our sponsor Mouseketrips.com. They will just send you an email when any discounts are released.
