A Priority Seating (aka PS) is "like" a reservation. Most PS's can be made 90 days ahead of time. Here is a link to a calculator and PS website that will help you with your planning:

Also, check out all the menus (and prices!) here:
http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/menus.htm This will help you narrow down which ones you will want to eat at. Most PS's don't require a credit card, so if you don't show up, no problem. For the ones that require a credit card # (which are very few) make sure you don't miss it, or you will be charged.
We like to have one PS per day, usually for supper. We eat breakfast in our room, and then usually do counter service for lunch and then a nice sit down or character meal for supper.
