Nah, she doesn't have to check it out way ahead of time. The semester before she decides to go, she needs to check out the website:
www.wdwcollegeprogram.com. From there she can look up her school and find out the presentation date. She has to go to the presentation, otherwise she can't interview. They interview for Spring (5 month) and Spring Advantage (7 month) in Fall, and then the reverse in spring. I would recommend doing the program in the Spring. I did it during the fall, and it's really hard to be away during Thanksgiving and Christmas (especially since you're working!) Hope this helps....
