From what I understand the plus options do not expire even if you have used up your 7 days at the theme parks. I also don't think that you use up a park day when you use a plus option at a water park, but your best bet is to check allearsnet.com where they have a fantastic info section on all types of park tickets and I'm sure all of your questions can be answered there with no fear of someone giving you wrong info.
