You will have to let us know how you like the Luau...I have done the HDD twice, but never done the Luau.

I think you made the right choice to do it at 8; I bet it will be all the more magical when it's dark out!

Maybe you could just snack for lunch? I bet you will want to save PLENTY of room for the Luau. We usually avoid lunch on days we do the HDD, just snack intermittently so we're ravenous by showtime. Makes the food taste all the better!
