Well, my suggestion would be Flying Fish on the Boardwalk. It is right by the Swan, fairly small so you would take over most of it and the food is wonderful. While I love Le Cellier in Canada, I was thinking you may want to stay out of the parks since you will require everyone to have entrance to the parks just to go to dinner. While I like Cape May, it is a buffet, and I don't know if that is what you have in mind. It is also very busy, with people walking around to go to and from the buffet. Yachtsman Steakhouse isn't a bad option either if you wanted to go for beef over seafood.

Congrats and happy planning, oh, and welcome to DisneyCentral.
