Hi everyone!
I'm new to the board and happy to be here! I saw this is an old question, but since no one answered it, I will! :)
I purchased the entertainment book. It was $17.50 or so with shipping, and, in my opinion, WELL worth it! There are GOBS of coupons, but here are some of the highlights:
1) $5.00 off for up to six people on a daily admission to Sea World. (That's $30.00 in savings - well worth the cost in and of itself!!)
2) 3 $15.00 off adult dinner show admissions for Arabian Nights.
3) 2 $15.00 off adult dinner show admissions for Medieval Times
4) 2 $5.00 off food/beverage at Planet Hollywood.
5) $7.00 in Universal Scrip w/each 2-day-2-park admission (valid for up to 4 people)
There are TONS of coupons for restaurants, both really nice dining and basic fast food (McDonalds, Sonic, DQ, Church's Chicken, etc.)
Entertainment coupons for places like the mini golf places, Gatorland, Go-Kart places, regular golfing, etc.
There are about 6 or 8 coupons for money off United airfare ($25.00 off $150-$299, $50 off $300-474, $75 off $475 or more)
Every major car rental place is in there, and the coupons CAN be combined! I used one for $25.00 off the weekly rental, plus I'm bringing one with me for a FREE tank of gas (this is for AVIS - I also had a voucher for $100.00 off I got from points from our business Visa Extras account).
The best part is that there are coupons you can use anywhere, even your own hometown, such as $10.00 off $50.00 Sharper Image (can also be used online), theater coupons for discounts on movie tickets at several major chains, KB Toys, GNC, Pizza Hut, Radio Shack, Circuit City and more.
And the really, REALLY great part is that you can come home and sell whatever you didn't use on Ebay so someone else can use up what's left! 99% of these coupons expire in either November or December of 2005, so unless you are going very late in the year, you can use what you need and sell the rest.
WHAT A BARGAIN!
