To go back to WDW or not to go...that is the ???

Our situation: We are seasonal pass holders. Our passes expire in November. We bought a house and LONG story short, the taxes on the house are more then doubling this November. Dh and I have been struggling to save the cash up for the short-fall we are going to have to pay (about $4500 or so). Because our mortgage payment is going to increase aside from the shortage this may have been the last time for awhile we can afford seasonal passes. Thus, we went to WDW a few weekends ago thinking it could be the last trip for awhile due to finances. Unexpectedly, my brother is taking his family June 2nd to disney and wanted us to meet them there. We would only go for maybe two nights at the most. So I am going back and forth....should we go or stick to our guns and not spend the money. When we bought the house we knew it needed a lot of updating and we havent done much since we are trying to deal with the tax problem first. We were thinking what we would have spent for a weekend in WDW we could use that same cash to buy a couple of new fans or things for the house which we have put off.

We are hoping to be able to go to WDW in Sept, or the end of Oct before the passes expire and the weather is cooler also. By then we should know what we are facing as far as taxes and increases starting in 2006. Sooooo...what would you do...pass on the June trip or say the heck with it and go???

Such decisions!!!
