It affects the stores in the fact that they sell less adult merchandise and gear everything mostly to kids, and not even bigger kids. My dd is 11 going on 12 and nothing in the stores anymore is geared towards her. I find that sad and really constricting. They are really restricting themselves in the marketplace. Disney appeals to more than just little kids.
