Well, I booked it for my trip. I figure if I hear bad things about it then I'll just call and cancel and rent a car instead or use a limo service. I'm anxious to hear others experiences with it. I'm sure that there will be a few bugs to iron out the first month or so as there always is with something new. They did ask for my flight number and exact arrival time (to the minute!) so that makes me think that they will try to get you out of there in a timely manner.
