Um, I guess that depends on what you mean for "great value".. I like the Blue Bayou. Partly 'cause you ain't eatin' out of a styro meal. The prices aren't astronomically higher than other places in the park. The atmosphere sort of makes it a great value.

But I guess if you want the best deal for the lowest price:

They give away free samples of sourdough breadn and a soft flour tortilla in California Adventure. Doesn't cost a thing!!!
