I have stayed at all 4 moderates at least once, and none of the trips were with children.
My vote (even though I like them all) is the CS. I say that because the bus transportation is the quickest, since the rest of them are so spread out,it can take forever to get out of the resort. And I think it is the most relaxing and 'adult' of the moderates.
