I know the Haunted Mansion room is out there now but you can't buy it yet. Haunted Mansion is suppose to be the next addition to the game.

Also, Pirates and Jungle Cruise rooms are coming soon... and Pirate Hats... and Mickey Ears.

They need a "momentarily away" button and a way to add friends manually.
