Has anyone read DISNEYWAR by James R Stewart. I'm only about half-way through it, but so far I can understand why they felt they had to hire a firm. Eisner didn't want to let go & could never imagine anyone else running Disney. At one point he even told someone he wanted to position his son to take over, like it was a family business or something. It really sheds a lot of light on Eisner and the other "executives" both on and off the board & the sleazy way some people do business. I'd like to see what the rest of you think about this book.
