Sea World is one of my absolute favorites. But then again, I'm obsessed with Sea Turtles and marine life in general. The thing about Sea World is that it's not only a marine zoo, it's educational and a marine conservatory. They have an amazing Rescue and Rehabilition program. I believe 2 of the Sea Turtles they had had injuries - both had damage to or was missing a fin.
I say try it. There's no harm in spending a day there. After that, if you don't like it, you'll know for future reference. Personally, I have no problem leaving Disney for a day to go to Sea World. WDW isn't the only great park in the world.
