Like the others, I am pretty sure it is delivered directly to your room at DVC resorts. All Disney Vacation Club resorts also have a small store to buy additional grocery items.
I pre-ordered a Winn-Dixie discount card on-line a couple of years ago, and drive over there to shop for my weeks worth of grocercies. One note of caution, Winn-Dixie recently filed for bankruptcy and is closing a lot of its stores. You would want to double check to see if they are still open in Orlando shortly before your trip.
