This is what I know, the DVC of older resorts expires in 2042, SSr goes to 2050, I think. SSr was selling 150 pts for about 14k. No matter what you buy you have to pay a maintenance fee based on your number of pts. If you are seriously considering this I would look into buying a resale rather from WDW itself. It can save you alot of $$$$
