I just said this in another thread. I sent an email requesting payment/financing questions and the answer was " please call us and we'll tell you" . I didn't want to call, because I am a push over and would have bought without thinking about it.
Next thing I know a letter with a DVD explainging the money details came via Fed Ex about a month after my first email to them.

This package explained everything to the 't' and now all my questions have been answered.
Knowing that you have the ability to go to other places as well as anything Disney is nice. That made the whole thing more pallatable for my husband who doesn't quite share my enthusiasm for Disney. Go figure.
