How flexible is Disney with other jobs?? She's got a full time job at the Home Depot that she likes a lot, plus we'll need something to pay the expenses of rent. We'll have to live off property since with have our own little "zoo".

I was a Theatre Design major....Disney dosn't offer a college program for tech work, although I am sure if she did get into the college program she could request in the costuming department --this is really the only area of tech work where someone could work without being specified--the best thing for her to do is to go to a theatre hiring conference called SETC which is held every March around the southeast...Disney does a lot of their hiring there...BUT it is very selective, unless she majored in Theatre Design and she is the BEST in her feild, it is
very very very very hard to get your foot in the door at Disney...they have thousands of applicants and only a few jobs to go around...another route to take is to go to a theatre hiring conference such as SETC (there are others in different regions of the country) and get a job with other theatre companies and work up to Disney...
I was once a Theatre Design major with a dream of working for disney--but in reality they pay about 7 dollars an hour, even for full time, and it is very hard to live off of that in central flordia..
