We have owned since 2003 (SSR) and just added 120 more points this year for a total of 420. Goofyguy1958 did a good job explaining the upfront costs. The annual maintanance fees are approximately $4 apoint so for 150 points it would be around $600 a year. DVC will gladly take a monthly payment each month from you checking account without any interest or penalty. That works out to about $50 a month which is really not much at all.

We are happy members and have not regreted it yet. PM if you have any more Q's or want to speak.
