WOW.

That sounds tough! It's great that you know some of the questions ahead of time so you can prepare, though!
I thought it was hard when they asked me to tell them why I wanted to work at Disneyland...

...I didn't want to sound like a crazed Disney freak, but I didn't want to make it sound like it was "just another job" to me either.
But selling your country!

Yikes...
Though I don't know anything about trying to do the International Program, the advice I offer you is to be genuine! Just don't sound robotic or over-prepared, and don't start to cry because you want it so bad.

In my interview, I had one guy who "just needed a job" and one guy who had every prepared answer in the book. "It seems like a great environment" and "I think I have a lot to offer"....
I was kind of nervous and blushing, but I just told them the truth - the Disney trips my family had taken meant a lot to me, and I wanted to create those kind of memories for other families. It sounded corny, but I think the lady could tell I was serious. Twenty minutes later I was a Paradise Pier Attractions Hostess!
So with the International Program, does that mean you would be working in Epcot, in your country? Or.....?
