With all due respect, they do a great service to AP holders at WDW. Reduced ticket prices and special deals for resort stays available only to AP holders. AP holders are AP holders because they can go to WDW pretty much at will because of their proximity to WDW. I spend about $4500+ for a seven day trip to WDW for a family of four on-site stay including airfare and food.
Their is no doubt in my mind that AP holders are the life-blood of WDW because you visit more often. But that is why you tickets are so cheap.
