There is a CM at the roped-off entrance. If you go to Innoventions West and go to the right of the "Where's the Fire?" exhibit, there is a fire truck. Behind and to the right of the fire truck there is a curtained area, and you see the exit first (roped off), but keep heading back and there is the roped-off entrance. A CM will ask to see your VISA and give you a coupon with a number written on it. Then you are escorted into the area where the pictures are taken. If you don't already have a Photopass card, they will give you one then.
