My opinion is as follows:
Magic Kingdom is a wonderful park, but I think it's a bit overrated. There are SO MANY people there, no matter what day you go and the walkways are so much more narrow than at EPCOT (note the caps, just a personal denial that it's not called Epcot now... :( ) so you have to deal with many more people, and stroller people.
EPCOT (again, note caps) has such a wide variety of stuff to do, plus it's more than 3 times the size of Magic Kingdom. EPCOT is over 300 acres, while the Magic Kingdom is right around 100.
