If I remember correctly, you can NOT buy AP's at the resorts. Only hopper tickets and one day tickets. You CAN get them at any of the parks, and I"ve heard that EPCOT is the best place to get them, since their Guest Services is usually not too busy (i've never tried this, so I can't say for sure) That's strange about the Disney store still using vouchers. I thought that all the DS had gone to the instore vouchers system now?! Here in FLorida I was able to puchase and receive the pass/card right there. I still have to go to the parks to activate them, though.

If you are flying in, I've heard the the disney store in the Orlando Airport (I don't know the name of the airport)sells AP's. (correct me guys if I"m wrong) They are active passes, and start/are active the day you purchase them. HTH!! Good Luck!
