I have been to a couple off site hotels...

Tropicana Inn and Suites
Sadly, I was not all that happy with this place. It was nothing glaring, but it was just not quite as nice as the next hotel in almost every way...

Park Place Inn and Mini Suites
I have stayed here twice. This is pretty decent hotel. It had a little continental breakfast, so that helped save a few more dollars. The rooms were clean. My only complaint was that both times my room was way in the back, so I had a longer walk and felt a little less safe. This hotel is right across from the gate, so it is a short walk to the park.

Candy Cane Inn
I have never been here before, but I have tried to go there each of the three times I went to a hotel listed above. I have always heard nice things about this hotel and it has always been sold out even in the value season times that I go to DL.
