Can I get updated information regarding the Special Assistance Pass. We will be at DLR and DCA in mid November, and I want to be prepared. I am not getting around as well as I used to due to worsening of my lung condition. (I also walk with a cane due to a total hip replacement).

I am actually considering renting an ECV for my two days in the parks.
