Hey Tessa--good luck with the interview! I don't know how much different the international program interview is from the regular college program interview, but here are a few of the questions I was asked.
1. If a child had been looking forward to riding Splash Mountain, but didn't meet the height requirement and you had to tell him, what would you say?
2. Tell me about a time when you turned a potentially negative situation into a positive one.
Then my interviewer went on to ask me a few things on job preferences, my biggest concern about doing the college program, and we talked about some of my extra-curricular activities that have helped prepare me for the college program. I segwayed into the activities part because I have had some huge leadership positions before and I wanted to talk about them because they had to do with public speaking, interacting with unfamiliar people, etc--the exact things I would be doing at Disney. The interviewer was really happy I mentioned this because she says they love to hear about things like that.
Be sure to smile alot. My interview was different since it was over the phone, and not in person, but they can always tell when you are smiling and it goes a long way.
