My DD sat in Scat Cat's with me. There were quite a few children around too. It's a very relaxed atsmospere and there are tables that are outside the actual bar area and more in the lobby section. You can sit there if you feel uncomfortable with them in there. The arcade is pretty close by and you can let them go there too while you have a drink. It's perfectly safe and they can easily walk back to find you traveling through the lobby area.

Get your own drinks at the bar and take them to a table...the service at that bar in beyond slow. I can hop on one foot to the bar faster than the waitress can even get to a table to take a drink order.. They need more waitresses in there for sure.
