I feel that I need to share a thought with all my fellow DC'ers.

As an active member, the sheer number of posts to view on a daily basis is overwhelming. Responding to each and every post is unreasonable, if not impossible.

In my opinion, we need to be aware of this...and censor ourselves. Sometimes, I find myself pounding out opinions so quickly that I don't even double check my spelling, let alone review what I've written.

This is coming from a person with alot of posts. I point the finger at myself first.

*Take a little time to review your comments (don't wait for Mickey to do it for you)

*Check your grammar.

*Think about what you are writing. Would it offend you? If it would... reword it, or (gasp) not respond.

*Watch your language. There are thousands of words in the english language. Get a thesaurus.

*You don't have to read..and respond to everything.
